While they didn't get a boatload of bats, they didn't go home empty-handed.  Hitting the bats with an arrow in mid-flight after they had flown out of the cave is pretty tough, so they're hope was to get the bats in the cave while they were still hanging from the ceiling.  On the other hand, hunting the bats in near total darkness isn't easy either.  I can assure you, they had one more bat than I would have ever gotten.  Isn't this a great picture of the guys?
