This is a proof-of-concept drawing
that I happen
to like. A friend of mine, Max, told me about how she found a
cocoon of a red admiral butterfly in a dresser she was using.
She
let it live there for the winter and in the springtime, the butterfly
hatched and flew off into the spring skies. I liked this
story
enough that a picture was in order.
It took a while to write additional sections of the program
that will take a drawing and place them in random size in random places
about the page and do so in random colors and don't overlap each
other. So take a few lines that resemble a butterfly and go
nuts. The black and red butterfly on the right (next to the
blue
butterfly) was designed to look like a red admiral. I've lost
touch with Max and never got to give it to her, but the drawing and
ideas I still have.
