The Queen Charlotte Track often followed the ridges atop the hills.  At the clearings, this  sight that greeted you.  The lands and bays intertwined in a way that only Nature could have produced.  The Queen Charlotte Track wasn't the best track I've ever tramped, but with great views like this, it's worth seeing.
