There are dozens, neh, hundreds of small streams along the valley, even more if it's been raining.  It's  pleasant to sit on a rock in the middle of one of them.  It's kind of a dreamy experience which engages the senses.  It's cool around the stream with the sound of the water rippling on the rocks.  The forest smell is so fresh and just take a look at the surroundings.  Oh, I forgot taste, yep, taste.  The water is so good that I drank until I could drink no more.
