There are dozens of streams like this encountered every day.  So many that you can't remember them at the end of the day.  This stream is memorable not just because it's a nice one but it was at this same stream that I took a picture of a couple I met on the previous tramp of the Dusky.  It's certainly one of the better pictures of the entire trip.  Below are a couple of panoramas of a typical forest scene.  All the panoramas can be enlarged (as most pictures can be) and can be up to 12000 pixels wide (translation:  That's a pretty big picture)
